👉 If you’d like recommendations for hair colours, you’ll need to already know your colour season. This can be from the 12- or 16-season method (or any other method), as long as you can provide your results and feel confident in them.

👉 If you only want advice on hairstyles, you don’t need a colour analysis to book this service. But remember, no hair colour recommendations will be provided. 

1. Is this the same as a normal faceshape consultation? 
   No — VisageLab is my signature method that combines visagism with AI hairstyle mock-ups, giving you visuals of your best looks.
    
2. Will the mock-ups look realistic? 
   Yes — you’ll see AI-generated versions of yourself with the recommended hairstyles. Only hairstyle and colour are edited; your face shape and features remain unchanged.
    
3. Can I use this for hair colour choices too? 
   Yes — the analysis can include colour suggestions that match your natural harmony and palette. You’ll need to know your colour season for hair colour suggestions. If you haven’t done your colour analysis, I offer both in-person and online services.
    
4. Is this service available in-person? 
   No — the VisageLab method was developed for digital/online analysis.
    
5. Is it confidential? 
   Absolutely. Client confidentiality is my top priority. Your personal information, photos, and videos will never be shared without your explicit permission. Everything you provide is used solely for your analysis. All files are securely stored during the process and permanently deleted after a set period of time to protect your privacy.

Report will be emailed directly to your inbox in 7-10 business days, after I receive all your required information (photos and questionnaire). Often quicker where possible.​​

 

 

Due to the downloadable nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.  Refunds cannot be issued after purchase. You must submit high quality photos and answer the questionnaire thoughtfully to receive a proper analysis. If this is not done correctly you will be notified to send through further photos/information. Once you have received your analysis refunds cannot be issued.​
